وكان أهلي جدة قد توج بلقب النسخة الماضية من البطولة.
فيسيل كوبي تقدم بالهدف الأول بالدقيقة 30 عن طريق يوشينوري موتو بمتابعة لتمريرة من يويو أوساكا.
